João Donato , needs no introduction. One of the greatest musicians in the history of Brazilian music , at the height of his 86 years, is in the process of recording a new album just with new songs.

With sponsorship from Natura Musical, Donato pro futuro is expected to be launched by the end of 2021.

Intensely playing instruments such as the Fender Rhodes electric piano and analog synthesizers and keyboards, accompanied by central musicians from the contemporary scene in São Paulo, Donato embraces the sound of classic 70's records like “A Bad Donato” and “Donato/ Deodato” to find sounds different from all your previous discs.

 

Donato Elétrico was recorded with the participation of musicians such as Guilherme Kastrup, Marcelo Dworecki, Décio 7, Douglas Antunes, Bruno Buarque, Zé Nigro, Gustavo Ruiz, Laércio de Freitas, in studios such as Traquitana, Minduca and Navegantes, produced by Ronaldo Evangelista and mixed by Victor Rice.
